Philadelphia Cream Cheese Biscuits:
8 ounces cream cheese, soft
2 sticks butter, soft
Sugar 2 / 3 cup
1 / 4 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups flour
Cream cheese, butter, 2 / 3 cup sugar and vanilla at medium speed until mixed well. Combine the flour. Refrigerator several hours or overnight. Form the dough into 1 / 4 inch thick on lightly floured surface. Cut into the desired shape. You can sprinkle with colored sugar if desired. Place on greased baking sheet and do not bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
